If it comes to a point where a guy gets involved or any form of drama takes place, she's out the door. I won't negotiate that and honestly, I don't have the heart to really give a shit, so negotiating the fact that I refuse to negotiate is not happening.
Content provided to me would be payment for services rendered, end of discussion. I've been down the road before. The content gets created, paperwork gets signed, and the content belongs to me to use or sell at my discretion. She can have a change of heart sometime in the future, but she can't erase her name on the paperwork and if it comes down to it, her lawyer can explain that one.
I'm not her friend, buddy, pal, anything. She moves in, it's a business deal. I've got something she wants, she's got something I want. We can meet directly in the middle, or she can get the fuck out.

Being that it's winter, I won't be called back to work until at least March or April. Barring a family emergency or some other dire shit, I won't be out of the house for any longer than it takes to go buy beer, so she better have a team of Ninjas in her pocket.
As well, our connections are such that if something like that went down, she'd be instantly fucked. We have many mutual acquaintances, and her father is actually a good friend of mine. Small world. I'm also very good friends with the Chief of police here, small town, and the judge is a family friend who's known me all my life. There's a reason I stay in this place.
I doubt I really have to worry about that scenario. If I'm wrong, my bad. But she'd have to be fucking stupid to give it a shot.
