Mostly Tumblr ones, because they're the ones that rank. A lot of old school quality porn blogs have been hit by Panda, Penguin or some combination of the two.
This I think is why Google has banned porn monetization on Blogspot. I'm seeing a lot more Blogspot in blog-related searches now, where until recently it was mostly Tumblr. Which kind of implies that porn monetization is a reason in itself for blogs to be penalized.
