63 Site Model and Photographer network for sale.

This deal includes 63 domain names:

51 for each of the states in the US including the district of columbia
10 for each of the major provinces in Canada (I skipped the Eskimo provinces figuring those would not be very productive lol)
1 main site for USA that links them together. A lot of photographers and models travel to different states, so they could use this to go to the other sites to post travel announcements.
1 main site for Canada that links them all together. for the same reason as the USA one.
Expiration Date for all is on or about: 10-apr-2014

We have over 1,000 sites and I just have never had the time to complete this particular project. I keep on putting it on the back-burner time and time again.

I registered these 5 years ago intending to monetize them as I did with a single modeling/photography forum that was bringing in $100+ a month via just Google Ads. My thought and plan was that having 60 sites that even if they only made $50 each, I'd be up to $3k a month.

The next steps (that I never got to) was to get them started by offering free portfolios on the sites by promoting them on on craiglist, backpage, etc for each applicable city as well as other photographer and model forums. This would take quite some time to post to all of the cities on craigslist and backpage for each one of the sites so I figured I'd hire a few of those Indian fuckers to do it for me.. Once in place, maintaining them would be easy as the forums would be self policed by the members, and there are always some hotshots wanting to be moderators which ends up being free labor.

The only work required by me once everything was in place would be just upgrades and occasional maintenance if there were any issues.

I paid about $600 for a custom mod to be installed on all of them that:

when signing up they can choose whether they are a model, photographer, or other.
allows models and photographers to list their modeling info and add images to their online portfolios.
model portfolios are separate from photographer portfolios
portfolios must be approved before going live or before displaying anything that was edited
moderators have the ability to approve or disapprove portfolios
models and photographers can also have an adult portfolio that is visible only to other members involved in that type of stuff and is hidden from google so google ads can be used.

In addition to that mod, there is also an SEO mod and they also had an antispam "secret question" mod for registration, but I think that needs to be installed again or updated.

Issues: This was a custom mod I paid for, therefore I cannot support it. Anyone capable of doing custom phpbb mods should be able to make changes, etc.. or the programmer that did it for me works for my host and probably could assist for a reasonable price. The forums are running phpbb3.0 and need to be updated to the latest version. I was going to do it using their automatic update that also identifies modded files to make updating without screwing up the mods easier, but then realized it must be updated manually to like 3.0.2 or something before you can do the automatic update and never got around to it.

I figure I have been putting this off for so long that I am probably never going to get around to completing it..

The sites do not get a ton of traffic, they range between 40 to 225 unique visits daily

I randomly looked at the stats of about 12 of the sites and the traffic varies wildly from site to site averages for each site range from as low as 30 visits a day up to 280 visits a day.

I have over $3,200 invested in this.. ($2,600+ in domain reg fees over the past 5 years and $600 for the custom modding).

I am not going to be ridiculous asking for an outrageous amount nor do I expect to get my original investment back.

I am looking for reasonable offers in the $XXX range for all 63 sites as a package deal.

**If you want the sites with the custom mod, etc along with the domain names I will have to export all of the databases and zip up each site to make them available for download which will take probably the better part of a days labor on my end to do, so keep that in mind when making your offer.
