When it comes to support, Techiemedia is among the best. I purchased a CMS from a vendor on GFY. The vendor installed it on my server and could not get it to work. After a week of trying, the vendor decided to let me know that they were going to give up. When I asked them why, the vendor was honest enough to tell me that they are not programmers or techs, had the software developed offshore and don't know enough to troubleshoot it.
To make a long story short, Techiemedia setup a separate test server copied my system to the test server and got the software to work. They also gave me verbal pros and cons on what I purchased. They did all this without any additional cost to me.
In a nutshell, if I had to bet my livelihood on their service, I wouldn't hesitate to do so.
