Because I needed a root canal your presumption is that I DONT maintain good oral hygiene? I bit down on a small rock that was in some Orowheat bread and the tooth broke open.
And if you look at the science its clear that none of the advances made since the '20's address anything they are saying about the reasons root canals can cause so much harm - all the tiny passage ways and blood vessels on the OTHER SIDE of the tooth are the harbingers..and not touched by modern Dentists. The only way this could be addressed is if they removed the tooth, sterilized the root and the socket, let everything heal, and then re-implanted the filled tooth.
