Too many possibilities.
I would expect internet costs to rise.
For example Netflix's service prices to the ISP delivery ''network funnel'' increase your cost of the subscription will rise.
Our (XloveCam) cost in buying bandwidth into the United States ISP peering may increase -- we deliver streaming video content -- a high bandwidth usage. Our costs of content delivery in the EU as example will not change.
Anyone who predominantly delivers content to USA ISP subscribers is faced with a lot of unknowns. I would hope for some regulation by legislation. Depending on the USA ISP's record of free market competition is a joke -- like giving thieves the keys to the art gallery.
