The intro to the video in Russian says "Occupy Pedophilia".. what do you think the video was about? What were they talking about on the video? What do you think they were making him explain on the video? Why do you think bystanders walked up and tried to intervene and then backed down as they explained what was going on?
What is the "reason" or "logic" here? Its a blatant lie about what was actually happening to support a completely unrelated cause.
