Go back more than 10 years and ask for documentation for every little thing they want. It's NUTS! Top that off with zero accountability on their end, if they make a mistake, it's your own problem to spot and fix. You have 2-6 week to spot it. If you make a mistake, it's your problem - even if you made it 15 years ago.
