Of course it was his success. We are a C corp. He was president, I was VP and general manager. I would never consider disrespecting the man. But this company was a joint success. It wouldn't have turned into anything without him doing his job and me doing mine. I didn't get out of school one day and take control. I was there on day one and I will be involved until my final day.
If you want to say I inherited my success, your welcome to say or think whatever you want. However, it's not true.
