Jenny McKarthy is (or was) the biggest celebrity to preach the evils of vaccines when her child was afflicted with autism. She may or may not have been correct to call her child's autism "Vaccine injury" but her opinion certainly wasn't backed up by enough scientific data to get on her soap box the way she did. Her nationally televised campaign against vaccines probably convinced hundreds if not thousands of parents not to vaccinate their kids...some deaths the result?
