I have my notepad ready. One thing I did learn early in my career. And shockingly, I have a small water fountain in my office. Nothing spendy.. maybe 100 bucks.and it's kind of old and beatup but I've had it a long time.When I am sitting here at my desk I always see it. It's a good message.
