How could she give consent if:
a) she does not want to be raped.
b) she did not even see rapist before it is too late to give/deny consent. Because consent is being given BEFORE starting to engage in sex.
well, I haven't drank for a few years now and your point isn't valid at all, to anyone with a grasp of english, and what rape actually means.

a) you've lost me now, in what context?

b) most women don't say 'yes' prior to sex, but by the omission of 'no', and her actions, there is consent, or there isn't; most importantly within this conversation is what she is thinking - if she is enjoying it, then it isn't rape, by the very definition of what rape is.

you can't, by the definition of what rape actually is, want/like actual rape.
