I'm going to go out on a limb and say that if a violent rapist rapes a woman who during said rape demonstrates in anyway that she is enjoying it, said rapist would probably take offence at losing control over the situation and begin bashing in her face. So, this futile exercise in theoretics is all for naught ..... unless you want to rewrite the equation by saying she secretly harbors fantasies of being severely beaten and hospitalized.
