i never mess around in china. i follow the rules and do as im told.
Police say not to go somewhere...no problem don't go there.
A funny thing happens there sometimes though. They will close a road so you are not allowed to turn off of it, left or right.
Then as you go further up, the road says you cant go forward or get a fine. OF course police are there to give fines..lol
