Property. I spent most of Jan in negotiations to sell a house that I've owned and rented out since 1991...

The rent covered the 25 year mortgage, and gave me profit - But as the mortgage was due to end soon, I sold...

Went to the solicitors (Realtors) yesterday and signed papers - All should go through at 12 midday today... For a VERY HEALTHY profit...

That will be my money for the year, as I'm retired...
