Ya, a ton of people hate GoDaddy.. i personally haven't had any issues.. (knock on wood) but i have had like 1000+ names with them for a long time.. i had originally used like 8 different registrars but it was getting too confusing, and then i went with the one that offered me the best price.. I asked NameCheap to match it, and they said they could not.

There is one out there that i still have a name or two on http://internet.bs and they consistently have good prices and offer free privacy, but their interface is lacking and I have been weary of them for some reason (but they've done nothing wrong, i am just a paranoid fucker i guess).
