I don't see how there is any realistic way to cloak/hide affiliate links;- Search engine robots can read HTML, JavaScripts and embedded code.
- Search engine robots can read headers.
- Search engine robots can be programmed to ignore the robots.txt, nofollow links, meta index directives.
