Mainstream is worse. Google Adsense walked out with 100$ of mine. Fuck them even more.

My suggestion would be to use 720x60 banners as they tend to convert better. Also remember to place the block ads in areas of the website that the user will see. For example the footer of the website will convert less then the header.

That's like if I wrote a review on Google's service being shit, and they came to me threatened to remove all my websites from the search index if I don't remove it.
Or when a gaming company DMCA's a negative review on YouTube of their game:
