Lets break this down as simple as it can be...

Statement 1 - Taking photos/video of underage girls = CP
Was there a photo taken of an underage girl naked and posted online? - Yes. Does this mean it's CP. See statement 1
It was a selfie that the underage girl took herself and shared. Was the girl underage? - Yes. See statement 1
But its a selfie, can that still be CP? Was the girl underage? See statement 1.

Now lets take it one more step... Say you happen to be on her twitter feed, or maybe one of her friends who retweeted, or one of their friends who retweeted these pics. And you happen to be online when those pics hit your feed. You now have CP on your system and can be charged as well.

Was Traci Lords an innocent victim of evil CP producers, or did the producers who followed the law get fucked because another person knowingly and willingly broke the laws.

Instead of discussing what country has better laws, and which laws should be changed... Perhaps you should concentrate more on the existing laws and how they may effect you.
