Adsense will first warn you or stop showing ads on your website. When that occurs you should actually stop using them on that website but they won't ban you at first.
Next you can try Smowtion as an alternative or build your own ad network using OpenX and show ads from mainstream affiliates with the use of Clickbank, Matomy Market etc.
For non-nude Adsense is best until you can't use it anymore as they will flag your site for something.
