No doubt the kids in the car were being annoying. Worth ruining your life over it?
What about that kids mom? Does she deserve it because she didn't teach her kids to turn down the music in public? It is a weak argument.
Shooting a gun at someone for loud music is a sign of a psychopath. What is next? He spit his bubble gum on the road so i shot him down?

I'm not sticking up for the shooter. I myself would have ignored the kids. The advise I'm giving is don't be surprised when someone snaps and shoots you for your rude disrespectful attitude or actions.
I can go damn near anywhere in Tampa and not have a problem, ever. I can also provoke a negative response within 5 minutes of leaving home if that's my goal. The "situation" regardless of any gross over reaction, is brought on by the person getting shot.
Even if the shooter is found guilty so what? "You" are still dead. And you are still dead because your own behavior pushed someone too far.
