I will be cooking for the wife.. but then I cook every day anyway.
And that is why I dont have to bother with valentines day, hehe.
Although she is getting lobster ravioli in a heavily reduced bisque, then confit duck, followed by cheesecake. Making the pasta, live lobster, bisque from scratch and duck slowly cooking away today, for just a quick grill tomorrow to crisp up.. She knows she's spoilt.
