People like that would get shot from behind, because if other law abiding citizens had guns, they would have pulled them out and shot him.
And if you think about it; If a nutty person with pans to walk into a crowded mall with bad intent, may think twice if he thinks everyone is armed.
Im of two minds about it: Take them all away or allow all to have them on their person.
