You say you've been in the biz for a decade well I more than double your experience - and what I'm seeing lately in piracy is very new, and very insidious. Just out in the open organized pirate packaging of entire libraries from content producers such as myself - you may say that's been happening for a long time - yes in some cases it has, what's new is the out-in-the-open mass infringement and pirates operating with seeming impunity and feeling no need to even cover their tracks. What's new is that pirates have been able to operated undisturbed for so long that they actually feel victimized by people like me who track down their real names and home address' and go far beyond what weak pathetic DMCA can do... some of these pirates have forgotten that they are doing anything wrong.
