Just contact anyone who has their Bitcoins stuck on Mt Gox, I'm willing to bet you'll find quite a few who'll sign a contract to sell you their Bitcoins on the condition that you pay them upfront but you'll have to take the risk/gamble on whether or not Mt Gox eventually releases customers Bitcoins.
