Question #1: If you were starting from scratch, and you wanted to build and maintain a large-ish network of 100+ 9gag-style blogs (and maybe some tubes), what's the best stack of must-have plugins, templates, and tools to consider?

Question #2: Is there a simple-ish way to create a default site - let's say a tube - and then clone it exactly over to another domain/server? This could save a lot of setup time for each new site.

Thank you, and apologies if my questions are too Newbie 101 for GFY.
For #1: it depends what you want to do or why you want the 100+ sites.

#2: yes, you can dupe a template an infinite number of times, especially if it's a wordpress setup. When it comes to tubes, it depends on the cms to which you are referring (if you're actually using one yet).

:D
