Who is asking anyone to flaunt anything?
Nobody is telling these kids to hold a press conference and tell the world they are gay. They are simply saying that being gay is okay.
In a perfect world a gay kid in school could be themselves and date whomever they wanted and it wouldn't be a big deal. We don't live in that world.
To me people like the HRC are simply telling people it is fine to be gay and they provide help to those who need it.
