What's hilarious about this is how much this lawsuit completely owns blacks and browns. The test is essentially an intelligence test. What the minorities' lawyers are saying is that as a group the minorities are too stupid to pass an intelligence test. Incredibly ironic.

yes this is happening in many areas, teachers exams etc... I don't know about you but I definitely want my kids to have a black teacher and I don't even give a fuck if they are smart as long as they are black!
