I don't use godaddy but it's very easy to setup a CB WL on a subdomain you need to ad a CNAME, if you subtomain is cams.yourdomain.com you set the following record cams @ chaturbate.com in CNAME! For example this is one of my sites
http://sexcamslive69.com and this is my WL on a subdomain
http://www.cams.sexcamslive69.com
