If you shoot and/or sell foot fetish content this site is using lots of content that they do not have rights to. Their strategy is to post illegal content until they get caught, when a DMCA submission is made, they apologize and remove the content. Wait 3-6 months and then do it again. I'm just one of many sites they steal content from. It looks like they are stealing from 100's of sources. Unless everyone submits DMCA around the same time they will never run out of content.
Who has the power to stop companies like this? Credit Card Processors? Hosting Providers?
