Edit: I think that is what makes Western Europe different from Russia and the US - Russia and the US will defend their countries policies etc to the bitter end - In general that is - Of course some see things differently...
However in Europe we will happily admit that things are screwed up and happily admit to our faults - I think that is better, unless you admit there is a problem how can you ever fix it?....
