This idea about fraud with identifiable Romanian IPs (or any high-risk country) is a joke. VPNs with USA or EU IPs are the real problem.

Many models will block their home country IPs (e.g.; Romania) as they do not want Uncle Ion or their boyfriend seeing what they are up to ... Asian girls will block their own country's IPs to keep the police out -- cam porn is illegal in most of Asia. The police are not that dedicated (or enabled) to use VPNs much I guess.

If you are going to go looking for business -- referrals from USA and Western Europe make up 80%, or more, of the total revenue.
