i don't know how much a photo session with a model like that cost but a single photo can make you hundreds and even thousands at say istock.com. I guess you need one-two very good photos per session to break even BUT it takes time to break even. Good news is that the bigger your portfolio is, the easier is to sell so it does get easier
i don't have experience with photo content (we were selling only graphics on those sites) but i know a guy that makes close to $10K/mo and shoots only a session per week (you do need to update on at least weekly basis). I took him 5+ years of hard work to reach to that point though
