I don't mind the girl moaning and talking so long as it seems believable. If she is giving a monologue and seems fake then it gets distracting.
To me there is nothing worse in any porn shoot then the guy behind the camera talking during the action. Nobody cares what you think and all it is does is destroy any mood the scene may have.
Another big issue with porn, at least to me, is that many of the girls either seem bored or like they are about to cry. Are the people shooting this not seeing this? Why not stop the camera and do what you need to do in order to make her comfortable. I saw a scene the other day where the girl was getting plowed by some dude and looked so bored instead of being turned on I found myself thinking, "I've had a more animated expression taking a shit!"
