Let's see, Russia, who just spent $53 billion dollars on a Winter Olympics game, the one in Canada 2010 costed $12 billion dollars. With that money to spend on a PR stunt, I think Putin is really scared of "costs"...
Obama's speech had absolutely no resemblance of the classical JFK speech in -62 when he warned Russia about the nuclear ramps on Cuba - THAT was telling him! Obama, just came across as a weak president with no real power.
