I would be dubious of companies who handle your chargebacks for you, its best to try and do this in-house if you have the resources. I worked in-house preventing/ disputing chargebacks and fraud and its a difficult area.
Reducing chargebacks depends on your business model, obviously cross sales etc drive high chargebacks, but looking at your site from a customers point of view is a good place to start.
The best way to handle disputing chargebacks are to pull as much information as possible on sign up (Ip address, IP location, Device ID, Device fingerprint, full address information etc) This way if the customer ever disputes the chargeback as "card not present" claiming their card was stolen then you can show the bank it was placed at their address etc.
My experience is in dating sites so we used to pull all images from profiles, messages sent, profile information, as well and send it all to the bank in the form of a dispute package.
