I'm using the beach/bikini scenario as my sole example of no real difference in what is seen, with the caveat that yes, lingerie isn't the same as a bikini (but not far from) and you don't have ST wings sticking out from bikini bottoms...
But that aside, I don't get it, from both perspectives. Certainly not to the limit of "breaking someone's neck"
