Because that article from OP sounded like Kulich was a rep of facial abuse, one of the quotes that implied this:

So that is where people came from... BUT I read his original letter in which he does not say that. So it looks like NYpost reporter imagined or twisted things.
In this case you could sue him? Because that article sounded like facialabuse.com is degrading and making fun of its customer...
