We give your descriptor and customer service number to the banks via a feed. When someone calls to chargeback the bank customer service rep will see that descriptor enrolled in CDRN and send an alert to us rather than issue a chargeback. As long as we tell the bank the charge has been refunded the chargeback goes away.
