what is converting best for USA Mobile traffic these days?

I have 5000 unique per day of USA traffic, the current program is not giving me even $2 CPM, which sucks.

I am looking for a program which give me at least $4-$5 per CPM

traffic is all mobile(mostly from Iphone and other Apple devices)
