I noticed this a lot lately as well and I shoot mostly first-timers so they must picking it up from watching porn. They were discussing it on my Member's Area Forum and one of the girls chimed in to say it was for extra lube. The saliva is already in the mouth so how does spitting it out help? Saliva is used to help break down food but no one I know spits on their food before they eat.
