Regarding the expiration of NATS - we have moved to our own system and have ignored this 'advisory' but will make sure it is 'fixed' to avoid confusion. We have not made our own system apparent yet as we are not in a huge hurry so long as everything works correctly, the migration interface will be done at a later date.
Because of this migration, payment information has been delayed by weeks at most - in 'SOME' cases as profiles have not been updated, emails come back bounced or checks come back with changed addresses. In MANY cases - affiliates have sent zero new sales in years, yet we are STILL paying out their recurring income without fail. If anyone still has doubts - you can use our CCBill side of things within our admin (change under profile) and have CCBill pay you out.
