Exercise does help...but yea, I just need to program myself to pace everything more smoothly. (even though my responsibilities are quite numerous )

Hehe, I never tried it....possible I guess. but some say it's changed their lives for the better.
I recommend checkin the video (documentary) out ^...it's pretty cool / relaxing to watch. (but just found out the Shamon in that documentary was arrested...some american guy died at the resort)
