Those are some rude felines, cat piss is one of the nastier smells out there.
If the cat repellent isn't available locally (you're in Serbia, right?) can you order online? I used some for a cat that was using my garden as a litterbox and killing the birds that come to my feeders, it seemed to work. Forget the brand tho.
