Although the top left join is button working for me, I get the following options:
1: $39.06usd monthly
2: $71.69usd for 90 days
The next join button down (green "JOIN NOW" button under video) gives the following error:
Invalid request (1).
On the green join banner towards the bottom, I get this:
$75.00usd for 90 days then rebills at $75.00 PER MONTH
Your 2257 declaration is's legal. Although you probably don't care since you're not in the US but then why bother adding one at all?
