I run a cam site and lots of our affiliates simply post our site links in other cam sites or chat rooms, like in chatroulette and omegle, from fake-model accounts. Rarely, some real model move customers across sites too; the cam models are the main leak of cam sites.
How about this method: 1) these affiliates (and models) are continuously banned in those cam sites... even if you found a cam site who does not care (cam4 and mfc? they do care if spam is massive or automated), you should consider: 2) the terms of the program you send to! Most or all mention not to "spam", in fact as a program we get often contacted by chat rooms spammed by our affiliates and you guess we ban the link and contact affiliate with bad news.
