The message is that peasants are always unhappy and rioting while in fact they do not know what is best.
I assume nobody forced them to board the train as they were freeloaders. Others paid for their tickets hence they had better seats.
And what the fuck was with exploding the train. Why not just stop it and save the people?
It is the same thing with peasants/lower class in real life - they just can not handle things, can not handle the truth etc etc. Yet they are first to cry "unfair".
