man looks like you have to work harder. they have rule, in tos, that they pay from 200usd and over. you have to get over 200 to get paid. it is like that. maybe you could have ask them nicely, if they can help you and pay you what you earned, maybe you could have been lucky and they could pay and close your account or something, but now, after this post, it didnt helped you in any way
