Is there a page where I can see clear definitions of the different "terms of use". For example I have seen a post of yours were you speak of web only rights vs. tube rights.

This is the language I was able to find regarding the matter...

"terms" page:
Quote:
TERMS
You are permitted to use the images and videos you license in any way you want on the websites you register with us in the License Agreement. Each order comes with five (5) domains. You can make banners, create tours, re-compress, and resize the images or the videos. You are also permitted to use the content on a limited basis for TGPs and Hosted Galleries, per the terms of the licensing agreement.

"license" page:
Quote:
1.2 In the event that LICENSEE shall own or operate multiple web sites, then LICENSEE shall have the right to use this PHOTO AND VIDEO CONTENT in connection with domain names listed in paragraph 12, that are owned or operated by LICENSEE ("hereafter AUTHORIZED WEB SITES), including the right to use said PHOTO AND VIDEO CONTENT in connection with the creation of banner ads to be used by LICENSEE or LICENSEE's web master affiliates for the purpose of advertising or promoting LlCENSEE's AUTHORIZED WEB SITES. A separate License shall be required for the use of the PHOTO AND VIDEO CONTENT by LICENSEE in connection with any additional web sites owned or operated by LICENSEE. This license also permits the LICENSEE to use all content on TUBE SITES and for the purposes of marketing (TGP, FHG, etc)
What I intend to do is, create 5/6 minute clips and upload to big tubes and my own tube watermarked with my domain. I may offer the full clips in a "premium area". I want to watermark the photos included in the deal and promote tgp style. Make banners and what not. I assume this is all acceptable with "tube rights"???
