If you know someone who is depressed, a life coach is the last thing they need. Try being the best friend you can be to that person and if you yourself can't help, contact a shrink.

you know them all I take it? seriously, that's like having a shitty driving instructor, shitty teacher, shitty 'fill in the blank' and blindly tarring everyone with that same brush. By that token, anyone in the adult industry is a scammer.
Problem is, most everyone has this seemingly built-in idea that they should know it all, when it comes to 'life' - like it's some kind of sign of weakness to even admit you can be helped tremendously by anyone else - as if it's a slight on your capabilities as a person, and you are somehow a 'failure'.
Best advice I ever took on board years ago was: always be teachable.
Fun fact: you (as in anyone, not you Mark) do NOT know everything, are NOT perfect as a person, and DO have room for massive improvement in almost all areas of your life. Now, whether that is via life-coach, books, your circle of friends, business mater minds, a shrink, or whatever, doesn't matter.
